I consulted businesses of all sizes to help them navigate the benefits world by obtaining quotes from top health care carriers, dental carriers, vision carriers, disability companies, etc for their valued employees. Once the most cost effective and appropriate benefit plan is chosen, I stayed with the company for the entire year to ensure the plans are running smoothly. I was also to head up a financial division of the company to offer retirement benefits to clients but that position never came to fruition.
